Larissa Korol is passionate about working with novel materials and methods for architectural exploration. Her interests are in biomaterials, in particular biofibers. This interest stemmed from a personal practice in fiber crafts like sewing, crochet and weaving. She is passionate about creating work that makes people think about alternative material futures for the built environment. Larissa has a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Dalhousie University, and a Diploma in Architectural Technology from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
